One bowl for me and one for Sue. 3 Three Chairs Now let’s see, if you join us for some stew, we will need a chair for you. 4 Four slices of bread Bread goes very well with stew, I will have a slice or two. 5 Five cups Sue likes pink. I like blue. That leaves yellow, red or green for you. 6 Three spoons and three knives, that adds up to six We need a spoon for each of us and knives to butter bread. “Knives are sharp,” Mommy said, “use a fork instead.” |
